My love for photography began in high school. I faithfully bought those cheap little disposable cameras until I was gifted my first point-and-shoot camera. My entire 11th and 12th-grade year was documented on that thing!
When I started college, I initially took courses to become an RN. It wasn't until about a year in that the question, “Are you going to wake up every day loving this?” was placed on my heart. Soon after that, I decided to change my degree to Photographic Imaging and began my business journey from there.
Now, over 10 years into this thing, i’ve finally found my passion specifically in elopement and couples’ photography. I love capturing the beauty and unique moments of a love story. Whether it's an elopement or just a special session for a pair, I strive to capture all the raw emotion and timeless memories that will bring joy into my client’s lives for years to come.

WHAT IT'S LIKE TO WORK WITH ME
I like to keep things laid back and fun, which brings out the most genuine moments in my subjects. I definitely give a little direction when needed, but I won't force anything that doesn't feel authentic. My goal is always to make my clients feel comfortable and confident in front of the lens. I love to joke around and make people laugh, which I also find helps to loosen up any stiffness or nervousness. So, if you're looking for a professional yet enjoyable photo shoot experience, then I'm your girl!
EDITING STYLE
​My editing style is very natural and minimalistic. I’m all about celebrating realism, so you’ll find your final edits to have lightly smoothed skin, white balance adjustments, along with some added clarity or contrast. If there’s a few pimples or a small but noticeable stain, i’ll most definitely have that covered, but nothing extensive like body reshaping or ash removal, lol. Here and there I may use grain and warmer colors in my images to create a more vintage or moody like, but overall, you’ll find the images natural so that they are timeless- I try not to follow drastic trends because they don’t always age well. Natural will ALWAYS be in style!
